Great company. They installed my 3 garage doors over 20 years ago and I’ve had them back a few times to fix things like broken springs and they are always very nice to work with and very quick to get things repaired. I repaired one of the springs many years ago myself and after that run, I found it was much easier just to call Doors by Nalley and let them do what they do best. Price has always been reasonable. I recently had a broken spring and they came out the next day and fixed it. They also checked and lubricated mg other doors.

I cannot say enough good things about DOORS BY NALLEY OF LAKE NORMAN. When you least expect something then it always happens which is what happened to me. Late Saturday night I heard a disturbing noise in my house so I tried to determine what the loud noise was and could not find anything so I attributed it to a car on the street. The next morning my garage door would not open more than a foot. Nothing was blocking the sensors, the chains appeared fine and no error codes. I assumed the door opener had gone bad. One car in the garage and one in the driveway and I could not figure out what was wrong. I called three garage door services and the earliest that anyone could come look at it was five days out and none of them offered emergency service. The bypass to open the door would not work as it was locked in place. I called Doors By Nalley of Lake Norman and "Jaime" answered. I explained what was happening and having not seen the door, Jaime said he knew what was wrong but he ask me to send him a picture of the springs. As soon as he said that, I saw where the left spring was broken in two. I sent the picture which showed he was right. Jaime dropped what he was doing and was at my house in thirty minutes. He could not fix the springs because it was a Sunday and he had to get the right size. He attached a clamp to both pieces to make it work temporarily so I could get in and out until he could get the right spring set. He told me that someone would call me Monday morning to set up a time to fix it permanently. He did not worry about paying him to come out on a Sunday morning. Jaime had it working in about fifteen minutes and he left. Monday morning before 9:00, I was scheduled for someone to come out and they were on the way. By 10:00, my garage door was fixed with two new springs and I was good to go. Jaime was a hero. I can do little repairs but this was definitely way outside my abilities. He dropped everything he was doing to come help me on a day that was nasty outside and he took the time to do a work around until he could get it fixed later. Jaime did not come out Monday but the technician was just as friendly as Jaime and took care of the repair quickly. The other businesses I contacted were not going to fix my issue for days but Jaime and the other technician and the office staff got me fixed and treated me like family. I always try to do business with companies that honor the American flag and these guys do, proudly displaying our American flag on their uniforms and vehicles. If you ever need a garage door repair, install or tweaking of the door mechanics then call Doors by Nalley of Lake Norman because they will take care of you with quality work with great technicians!

They were extremely timely and service completed with a smile. Don was friendly and very thorough in completing the job.

I called with the problem about my door. Very polite and professional. . scheduled update an appointment the next morning. Technicians showed up on time. The major repair turned out to be a minor adjustment. And also at a fraction of the estimated cost. I would definitely recommend .
